Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following JUNIOR LECTURER/LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR positions that have arisen in the following Faculties within the University of Zimbabwe:
FACULTY OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SCIENCES AND ECONOMICS

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
● To teach various fields of Human Capital Development or Human Resources Management or related fields at Postgraduate levels, which include project supervision.
● To be able to conduct research in their field of expertise and produce goods and services in line with Education 5.0.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
● First degree in Human Capital Development Science or Human Resources
● A Master’s degree in Human Capital Development or any relevant Master’s degree
● PhD Degree in Human Capital /Management/or professional qualification would be an added advantage.
