Job Description
Mother Touch Group of Schools is inviting applications for Security Guards to serve at the Harare Campus and Selous Farm. We seek disciplined, reliable, and vigilant individuals to safeguard learners, staff, property, and farm assets while upholding professionalism and Christian values. Deployment to specific work areas will be determined by management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor school and farm premises, entrances, and exits.
- Maintain accurate gate registers, visitor records, and vehicle logs.
- Handle dog security duties and ensure proper perimeter checks.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and enforce safety protocols.
- Support school and farm events by ensuring order and security.
- Report incidents and provide timely feedback to supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum O‑Level Certificate; security training or certification preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience in security services, preferably in schools, farms, or institutions.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow instructions.
- Physically fit, alert, and able to work day/night shifts.
- Skills in dog handling and basic first aid are an added advantage.
