Job Description
Introduction
The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Holdings (ZSE Holdings) is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries include the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE), the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX), which are licensed securities exchanges in Zimbabwe, and Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange (ZEEX). The company is evolving and extending its service offering, through the addition of new products and services that include:
* Mobile trading platforms (ZSE Direct and VFEX Direct)
* Market Data Services (Data Direct)
* Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
* Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
* Depository Receipts (DRs)
HUMAN RESOURCES & PEOPLE PARTNER (PART-TIME / 0.5 FTE)
ZSE Holdings is recruiting a part-time Human Resources & People Partner (0.5 FTE). This is not a traditional HR-administration role. We want an experienced practitioner who can help managers recruit well, manage performance, handle employee-relations issues, maintain sound people processes, manage administration issues and build accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will operate as a lean strategic partner to the Group CEO and management team and coordinate specialist or outsourced support where needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
A relevant HR/Industrial Psychology degree, IPMZ certification and at least five years’ experience are required. Strong industrial-relations and performance-management capability is essential. Selection will include a practical case study.
