Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies that have arisen within the Office of the Master of the High Court of Zimbabwe.

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Department: Human Resources Department
Duty Station: Harare
Reports To: Head of Human Resources
Number of Posts: 1

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in the implementation of human resources policies, procedures and programmes in accordance with applicable legislation and organisational requirements.
Coordinating and providing support in recruitment and selection processes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
Administering employee information and records on the Belina system, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely updating of information.
Preparing and processing HR-related transactions and reports using Belina.
Assisting in the administration of leave, attendance, employee benefits and other HR-related matters.
Assisting in the preparation and processing of employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions and other personnel documentation.
Providing support in the management of employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Assisting in the coordination of employee performance management processes.
Preparing HR reports, submissions, correspondence and other relevant documentation.
Assisting in the identification of employee training and development needs.
Providing HR advice and support to employees and management on relevant HR matters.
Ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of employee information and HR records.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Higher National Diploma or any professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
A Degree in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
At least three (3) years' experience in human resources management, preferably within the public sector.
Practical knowledge and experience in the use of Belina Payroll is a mandatory requirement.
Sound knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, labour legislation and regulations.
Good understanding of recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, leave administration and employee benefits.
Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
High levels of integrity, confidentiality, accountability and attention to detail.
