Our client is looking for a sales representative who is well experienced and has worked as a sales person before and will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of the organisation. The candidate will leverage his/her expertise in sales and marketing to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and close deals. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our Furniture services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in the Furniture services industry and a strong understanding of the industry to work in Muzarabani.
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in our showroom, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our furniture lines, including features, materials, and design trends, to effectively inform and advise customers.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and customer relationship building.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an appealing showroom layout, ensuring products are well-displayed and organized to enhance the customer experience.
Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized consultations to help customers envision how our furniture can fit their spaces, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Order Processing: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, including order entry, payment processing, and follow-up communication.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and management to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Passion for design and home furnishings, with an eye for style and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer software.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Must have a driver s license,
