Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacancies within our Furniture Manufacturing Unit.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Carry out routine servicing of factory machinery and equipment in accordance with established maintenance schedules.
• Perform regular lubrication of machines and other moving components to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect machinery to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential mechanical failures.
• Assist in the installation, dismantling, and commissioning of factory machinery and equipment.
• Carry out mechanical repairs and adjustments to restore equipment to proper working condition.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Qualifications and Experience
• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Recognised qualification in Maintenance Management
• Minimum of 2 years' practical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, machine servicing, and equipment repairs.
