Job Description
We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our corporate finance team. This team handles economic and financial market research, capital raising. investment advisory services, deal structuring, client relationship management, business development and stakeholder management.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for: Economic and financial market research.
Addressing investor inquiries and taking investor briefs.
Preparing investment and financial advisory reports.
Leading in capital raising.
Participating in and advising on deal structuring.
Coordinating drafting and signing of agreements.
Developing financial and investment models. Carrying out financial and investment due diligence on target investment companies.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
• A Bachelor' s Degree in Finance, Banking or Investments from an accredited university plus a professional qualification such as CFA or FIRM
• At least two years' experience in private equity or investment Nanking within marketing. portfolio management, acquisitions or asset management.
• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firm.
• Self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills.
• Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Comfort with organising and interpreting large amounts of data.
• Ability to develop relationships both within the firm as well as with external parties.
