Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to walk-in customers and conduct telesales
Prepare quotations, invoices and receipts
Process cash and credit sales
Coordinate product dispatch and customer collections
Monitor stock levels and process re-orders
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Process back orders and update price lists
Capture stock data and assist with stock takes
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock reports
Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Irrigation & Water/Agriculture Engineering Proven experience in sales administration or internal sales Strong communication and customer service skills
Good numerical and report writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/sales systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
