The Role
We're hiring a Google Ads Manager to build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns for our U.S. home services clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from account setup through daily optimization and client-ready reporting — working from our Greendale office during US business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Build and manage Google Ads accounts and campaigns (Search, Local Services Ads, Display, and Performance Max) for U.S.-based home services clients
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns for maximum quality score and ROI
• Monitor budgets, bids, and performance daily; make data-driven optimizations to lower cost-per-lead and improve conversion rates
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, call tracking, and landing page tagging
• Produce clear, client-ready performance reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with account managers and clients on strategy, budget planning, and campaign goals
• Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, industry trends, and home services market dynamics
Qualifications and Experience
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record managing budgets and driving measurable lead-generation results
• Experience with home services, local services, or other lead-gen verticals strongly preferred
• Google Ads certification a plus
• SEO experience a plus
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable communicating directly with U.S. clients
• Analytical mindset — comfortable in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Ability to work from our Greendale office during US business hours
• Self-starter who thrives managing multiple accounts under deadline pressure
