products and services through various service delivery channels which include the Public Sector, Commercial Sales, Outreach
services as well as Static Clinics.
The Role
The Centre Activation Agent will drive demand generation, partnerships, and community engagement activities aimed at
increasing client footfall and revenue growth for PSZ centres. The role will focus on building strong corporate and community
relationships, implementing activations, and converting leads into clinic visits while strengthening the PSZ brand presence
within target markets.
Duties
Corporate Engagement: Identify, secure, and maintain partnerships with corporates, SMEs, universities, and community
groups to promote PSZ services.
Demand Creation: Drive client demand through activations, presentations, wellness programs, and targeted outreach
initiatives.
Community Activation: Lead and coordinate community and campus outreach activities to increase awareness and uptake
of services.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated through activations and partnerships to support conversion into clinic
visits.
Brand Representation: Represent PSZ at events, exhibitions, and stakeholder forums to strengthen organisational visibility
and credibility.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support
sustainable business growth.
Campaign Support: Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned to organisational
objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track activations, partnerships, leads, and conversion performance and provide timely reports.
Team Coordination: Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Services and Centre teams to ensure coordinated
execution of activities.
About
A confident, results-driven and commercially minded professional with a proven ability to build and maintain strong
relationships. Demonstrates exceptional sales, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the versatility to
operate effectively across both corporate and community environments.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing, Business, Public Health, or a related field. Candidates with a Diploma
or Certificate qualification must possess at least two (2) years of relevant working experience.
Experience
At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience in business development, corporate sales, partnerships, or community engagement,
with a strong track record of effectively pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Skills
Relationship Building: Demonstrates a strong ability to establish, develop, and sustain meaningful relationships with both
corporate and community stakeholders.
Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and report writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all
levels.
Results Orientation: Demonstrated ability to achieve targets related to partnerships, activations, footfall growth, and revenue
contribution.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities, develop engagement strategies, and drive sustainable partnerships.
System Proficiency: Good understanding of digital communication platforms and reporting tools.
