Job Summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Sales Officer. This role is pivotal in acquiring new customers and retain Cimas Wholesale customers through various sales initiatives in line with set performance targets and Cimas Health Group Policies & Procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Researching and identifying prospective customer base segment and develop approaches for sales plans.
• Planning and executing daily and weekly engagements with prospective clients.
• Liaising with Legal department on Service Level Agreement on the engagement of customers and partners.
• Preparing monthly sales and retention reports and submits a report to the Team
• Monitoring the sales levels of Pharmaceuticals and ensure adequate and availability of stock across distribution channels.
• Liaising with Finance on the payment of pharmaceuticals sales and debt collection.
• Gathering information on prospective clients from exhibitions, conferences, seminars and market intelligence.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submits to the Team Lead Distribution Centre.
Key Competencies
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to produce accurate reports.
• Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
• Ability to interact, negotiate and achieve targets.
Qualifications
• Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or related qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience in medical supplies sales.
