Accounts Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient and timely billing and collection of revenue.
• Posting relevant accounting entries into our accounting system consistently.
• Reconciling the institution’s accounts to eliminate any inconsistencies.
• Filing receipts deposit slips, payment vouchers, reports and other accounting records.
• Assisting in preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Cordial Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with parents, staff and pupils.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree/diploma in Accounting ,
• At least 2 years of a clean professional background and experience in Bookkeeping or
Accounting in an educational institution.
• Ability to work competently with Accounting packages such as Pastel
• Membership to a professional Board such as ACCA or CA is an added advantage.
