WE ARE HIRING: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – BULAWAYO
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
* Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Enforce adherence to pharmaceutical laws, safety standards, and company SOPs.
* Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas to protect product quality. Monitor cold rooms and ensure Dangerous Drug Room is kept locked at all times.
* Prepare documentation for inspections and audits.
* Manage and train warehouse staff on handling sensitive pharmaceutical products.
* Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain attendance/overtime records.
* Foster a culture of safety and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Diploma in Pharmacy Technician.
* 3–5 years experience working in a pharmaceutical distribution/warehouse.
* Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations as well as logistics.
* Strong leadership skills.
