Technical Assistant – Natural Resources Department (1 Post): Bindura University of Science Education
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties shall include:-ensuring the functionality and safety of the LCD projectors and other equipment;controlling the materials kept in stock;ensuring machines and materials are ready for use; maintaining and repairing machines and equipment;
Support academics carrying out research projects; assisting students with research projects (use of Turnitin Euphorous software etc..); demonstrating methods and experiments to students; facilitating students’ field trips in liaison with Departmental Chairpersons;manning the Faculty generator and
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should be a holder of a Certificate in ICT / related field and 5 “O” Levels including English Language, a Mathematical and a Science subjects. Applicants must have at least one (1) year experience with traceable references.
