Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum (ZIMSEC and/or Cambridge).
Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment materials.
Conduct continuous assessment, marking, and evaluation of learners’ progress.
Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports on time.
Provide academic support, guidance, and mentorship to students.
Create a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the college’s academic programs.
Uphold professional ethics and represent the institution with integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant degree
Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years teaching experience at A-Level
Proven record of excellent exam results
Strong command of the Cambridge and/or ZIMSEC curriculum
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
