Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above position that has arisen at the Administration Department. The individual will report to the General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spare parts store.
* Receive, record, and issue Land Rover and Jaguar parts accurately.
* Maintain proper stock levels and conduct regular stock takes.
* Ensure correct labelling, storage, and retrieval of all spare parts.
* Liaise with procurement and workshop teams to ensure timely availability of required components.
* Manage inventory records and generate periodic stock reports.
* Supervise store assistants and enforce proper handling and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 O’ Level passes (including English and Mathematics).
* At least 3 years’ experience in automotive stores management.
* Solid knowledge of Land Rover and Jaguar spare parts (essential).
Experience with stock management systems or inventory software is an added advantage.
