SENIOR STOCK CONTROLLER
Duties and Responsibilities
YOU WILL:
* Manage stock and inventory for the food mall and all 3 departments.
* Do costings, variances, manage IBTs, and process GRVs.
* Help coordinate between staff, suppliers and management.
* Track stock movements and work hand-in-hand with the manager regarding stock, requirements and expiry.
* Help eliminate waste and control costs of products, ingredients etc.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements/Experience:
* GAAP experience
* Excellence
* Team player
* Fast food experience
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* A strong background in the food industry, stock management and experience with costings and variances.
* Proficiency in GAAP and Excel software.
* Operational management of inventory.
* Good communication skills.
* A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Statistics or a related business field.
* Must be 22 years of age or older with high-level experience.
