Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to:-
• Plan and implement project protection measures.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that losses are avoided at all cost.
• Protect inventory, capital assets and staff at project sites.
• Evaluate project protection measures.
• Ensure that costs are kept down without lowering standards.
• Design and apply appropriate project protection management standards.
• Organize and lead project protection staff, and demonstrate the ability to train subordinates.
• Manage project risks including the development of contingency plans.
• Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Asset Protection Management

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
The positon requires an individual with:-
• A degree in Project Management, Business Management or related field is required.
• A certificate or diploma in Security Management.
• A senior law enforcement officer of a minimum or equivalent of an Assistant Inspector in the Zimbabwe Republic Police.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the National Security would be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be individuals of impeccable character with no criminal record.
