Job Description
Our organization is looking for experienced security personnel to fill up the Security Supervisor (Rider) post that has arisen in our organization. The incumbent shall be responsible for supervising security personnel and conducting mobile patrols at our various sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers to ensure effective security coverage.
2. Conduct regular mobile patrols to monitor and respond to security incidents.
3. Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, including alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
4. Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities
Qualifications and Experience
1. Minimum of 3 O’ Levels
2. 2+ years of experience in security supervision and mobile patrols.
3. Valid security certification
4. Valid class 3 driver's license
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
