Job Description
The job requires him/her to develop, implement and supervise the security operations for the company and oversee security guards.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identify and protect client's assets through the development and implementation of security procedures and guidelines.
2. Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments.
3. Perform security inspections.
4. Train security staff.
5. Prepares reports and communicates security policies to subordinates to ensure staff are well informed to manage potential security.
6. Conducts investigations.
Qualifications and Experience
i. 5 'O' level passes.
ii. 3 - 5 years experience from a recognizable security company.
iii. Computer literate.
iv. Any security certification or a ZRP retiree.
