Job Description
Our organization is looking for experienced and well trained security personnel to fill the Security Guards Posts that have arisen at our Harare, Hwange and Kwekwe sites. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our clients and visitors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to incidents
- Control access to premises through gates and doors
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Maintain incident reports and logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 O’ Levels or better
- 2+ years of experience in the security industry
- Security Training Certificate is a must
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Ability to work varying shifts
- Attention to detail
- Physical fitness
- Team-player
- Quick decision-making
