Job Description

Job Summary

Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Forensic Officer. This role is pivotal in identifying, analysing, investigating and reporting findings and/or anomalies detected through data analytics and investigative procedures within Cimas in line with the Cimas Forensic Standard Operating Procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Conducting investigations in line with regulatory/statutory requirements and confirms recoveries if any.
* Investigating incident reports and submitting bi-weekly consolidated reports.
* Reviewing all Cimas risk registers and reporting identified risks relating to FWA.
* Following up on recoveries.
* Liaising with law enforcement officers and agencies.
* Researching and analysing emerging global industry and technologies relating to Fraud, Waste and Abuse.

Qualifications and Experience

Key Competencies

* Clear verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to produce accurate reports.
* Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
* Ability to meet required reporting deadlines.
* Ability to interact, negotiate (where applicable) and achieve targets.

Qualifications

* Degree or diploma in Forensic Science, Criminology, Cyber Security, or Law Enforcement.
* Certified training in evidence handling or digital forensics is an advantage.
* At least 2 years’ experience in military, police, or corporate private security.
