Job Description
We seek to engage a results oriented, qualified and experienced Sales and Marketing representative to join our team in Harare.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Determining customer needs and matching products.
2. Prospecting for new customers.
3. Acquiring new business.
4. Maintaining existing customers.
5. Attending all customer complaints.
6. Ensuring that received orders are promptly processed.
7. Ensuring excellent customer service.
8. Ensuring full market coverage.
9. Meeting sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and marketing or any other relevant field.
2. At least three years' working experience in Sales and Marketing.
3. Knowledge of the mining industry and Engineering products would be a distinct advantage.
4. Clean Class 4 driver's licence.
5. Good moral and ethical values.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
