This is a structured training position designed to develop future sales professionals through hands-on field experience, system-driven sales processes, and performance-based growth.
Strictly, no degree required. We are looking for attitude, discipline, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Purpose of the Role
To train and develop young talent in:
• Sales fundamentals and customer engagement
• Product and service knowledge
• Prospecting and lead generation
• Sales reporting and CRM usage
• Negotiation and closing techniques
• After-sales customer relationship management
• Understanding company sales systems and SOPs
The trainee will work under supervision while undergoing structured practical sales training.
Responsibilities
• Identifying and approaching potential customers
• Presenting and explaining products or services to clients
• Assisting in generating leads and following up on prospects
• Maintaining customer records in sales/CRM systems
• Preparing daily and weekly sales reports
• Supporting senior sales representatives in meetings and field activities
• Handling basic customer inquiries and objections
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship building
• Following documented sales SOPs and targets
• Attending internal sales and product training sessions
Minimum Requirements
• Completed A Level or O Level
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM preferred)
• Willingness to learn sales systems and techniques
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confidence and positive attitude
• High level of discipline and integrity
• No university degree required
