Job Description
The above post has arisen in our fast growing security company which has
presence in Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Masvingo, Gweru, Bindura, and
Zvishavane.
Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of the job is to;
a) Prepare duty rosters and duty slips.
b) Deploy guards at clients’ premises
c) Carry out checks to ensure guards are working as per site instructions
d) Lead parades and ensure guards are smartly dressed and address
any issues that might affect work.
e) Write incident and periodic security reports
f) Carry out security surveys and write survey reports
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Class 3 driver’s license which is at least 5 years old; class 4 driver’s
license is an added advantage.
At least 3 O’levels
Private sector security experience of at least 5 years.
Security supervisor experience of at least 5 years.
