Job Description
Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting bids from reputable companies, registered with the procurement regulatory authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
ZSM 114. Supply and fit single metal sinks with stands and all metal {ping and tapes). Supply and fit waste piping to the main sewer and connect (finished product ready for use) Site visit on 21 March 2024 at l000hrs (Qty – 1).
ZSM 115. Water dispenser (compatible with water containers electric). Kindly provide picture samples (Qty – 3).
ZSM 116. Stainless steel filing cabinet (Qty - 1); Arch liver files (Qty - 20).
ZSM 117. Trollev bins blue labelled transparent bottles (Qty - 11); Trollev bins blue labelled non-transparent (Qty - 11); Trollev bins blue labelled plastic papers (Qty - 11); Trollev bins yellow labelled khaki disposal paper (Qty - 10); Trollev bins red labelled e-waste (Qty - 1); Trollev bins red labelled hazardous waste (Qty – 1); Trollev bins green labelled organic Waste (Qty - 8); Trollev bins grev labeJled grass (Qty - 11); Trollev bins gold labelled cans (Qty -11)
ZSM 118. XRF service and repair (58 tiger series) (Qty - 1).
ZSM 119. Road line white markings for paintings (five litres) (Qty - 10); Gross enamel black road (five litres) (Qty - 5); Liqueur thinners at the main gate road (five litres) (Qty - 6); Oil-based roller brush (entrance road) (Qty - 2); 4inch oil-based roller brush (Qty - 4); Fresh milk (Qty - 4) [NB. Samples required upon submission].

ZSM 123. Glyphosate (201) for spraying carparks, pathways, and around the buildings (Qty - 2)
ZSM 124. ZITF Stand design (18m2 (6m x 3m), refer to attached stand designs specifications (Qty – 1).
ZSM 125. Library books (for repairs and binding) (Qty - 23).
ZSM 126. Hearing protector with a glass with visor (Qty - 10); Harnes Belts for brush cutters (Qty – 10); T 45 Plastic Heads (Qty - 20); Trimmer Liner 240mx3.0mm (Qty - 20); I litre Stroke oil (Qty - 20).
ZSM 127. Xerox 4265 (Qty - 6); Xerox 3550 (Qty - 3).
ZSM 128. Fargo HDP 5000 Ribbon part #075426 (Qty - 16); Fargo HDP film part# 075427 (Qty – 8) [NB. Samples required upon submission].

Qualifications and Experience
Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
I. Attach a copy of the tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach a certificate of incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. The delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.
NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification
How to Apply
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number. All quotations are to be placed in the tender box situated at the ZSM administration block or sent through our PMU email address: pmu@zsm.co.zw, on or before the closing date indicated above at l 6.30 pm sharp.
