Job Description
Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting bids from reputable companies, registered with the procurement regulatory authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
ZSM 136. AEN 8772 Hyundai Creta (Attention to front suspension reels, brakes pads) [Service at 200 684km] (Qty – 1).
ZSM 137. AEO 5595 BIAC (Repairing gear number 1) [Service at 180 207km] (Qty – 1).
ZSM 138. AEO 5595 BAIC (Tyres size 205/55R 16) (Qty - 5).
ZSM 139. AEX 5027 NISSAN D/CAB [Attending to idler arm (suspension)] (Qty - 1), [Attending to track rod (suspension)] (Qty – 1).
ZSM 140. ABT 5359 Toyota Hilux [Service at 452 516km](Qty - 1).
ZSM 141. ABZ 8228 Rosa Mistubhishi [Service at 256 565km](Qty - 1).
ZSM 142. AEZ 1772 Asia Star [Attention to Tracking rod (Qty – 1), Attention to Drag link (Qty-1).
ZSM 143. Repairs to doors hinges (welding) (Qty - 12), Repairs to wardrobes doors (Qty - 6), Drawer repairs (Qty - 1), Ceiling repairs (Qty - 4), Kitchen cabin top repairs (Qty - 4), [Repairs to leaking roof at the hostel] NB. Samples required upon submission.
ZSM 144. Double bucket mop 25 litres wringer trolley (Qty - 10), Heavy duty steel rake 16 teeth handle (Qty - 10), Garden leaf rake (Qty - 50), Domestos 750ml (Qty - 20), Buckets 10litres (Qty – 10).
ZSM 145. Service and repairs of Printers: Xerox 5855 Printer (Qty - 1), HP laser jet enterprise M750 printer (Qty – 1), HP LaserJet M127 MFP Printer (Qty - 1), HP LaserJet M680 MFP printer (Qty - 1), HP LaserJet 1536 DNF MFP (Qty - 1).
Qualifications and Experience
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number. All quotations are to be placed in the tender box situated at ZSM administration block or sent through our PMU email address: pmu@zsm.co.zw, on or before the closing date indicated above at 16.30pm sharp.
