Re-Ignite, Innovate, Sustain, and Empower (RISE) project is led by the Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) with funding from USAID under the PEPFAR grant. FHI 360 has a subaward agreement with ZHI, providing technical assistance to the RISE project. ZHI is implementing economic strengthening (ES) interventions under the DREAMS RISE project targeting eligible AGYW in nine project supported districts of operation. The ES intervention is aimed at improving the AGYW’s resilience and strengthening their economic stability to enable them access basic social and economic needs thereby making them economically empowered. FHI 360 supports ZHI's vision of productively engaging AGYW and caregivers in profitable value chains by providing technical assistance in market assessments, private sector engagement, and ES strategy development. Labour Market Assessment (LMA) activities will build on the recent CRS
ZEMOA Validation report, to provide greater detail on profitable niches within viable value chains, and jobs and skills in demand from employers both formal and informal and identify opportunities for entrepreneurial enterprises, differentiated by for potential AGYW or caregivers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Consultancy Summary: FHI 360 conducted data collection for Labour Market Assessment (LMA) in 9 districts and seeking a Manual Adaption Consultant to develop manuals for selected value chains. The purpose of the assignment is consolidating a comprehensive trainings modules that guides adolescents and young women to engage in selected
districts value chains. The guide should be sector specific and tailored in a clear and participatory manner.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
The consultant or the consulting firm must have a variety of skills and competences and must have undertaken similar work in the last 5 years. The following are mandatory:
1. A minimum of Masters in Entrepreneurship, Economics, Agriculture, development Studies, other related disciplines, or an equivalent value of work experience.
2. Previous experience in the adaptation and development of training materials or a facilitator guide.
3. Experience in crosscutting issues such as gender and safeguarding is a bonus.
4. Experience in facilitating TOT.
5. Fluency in English is required, working knowledge of one or more local languages spoken in the DREAMS RISE operational districts such as Shona, Ndebele, Venda and Kalanga crucial.
