Producer/Presenter (News & Current Affairs) (1 post)
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate must be capable of producing content for the station. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Researching for shows/bulletins through gathering information.
Making sure that the guests/sources are booked.
Investigating trending topics to be dissected on air.
Promoting events and outside broadcasts for the station.
Writing scripts for news, programmes advert, and promotions.
Doing voice-overs for news, programmes advert, and promotions.
Edit pre-recorded programmes.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
An Honours degree in Communication/Journalism/Media Studies
A Master’s degree in Communication/Journalism/Media Studies will be an added advantage.
At least one-year working experience in a broadcasting set-up.
