About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and highly experienced Principal Real Estate Agent to lead our property portfolio and drive real estate development initiatives in Harare. As the Principal Agent, you will hold legal and operational responsibility for our real estate operations, ensuring strict compliance with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ) while aggressively expanding our market share in residential, commercial, and land development sectors.
This is a high-level leadership role designed for a strategic thinker who can spearhead sales, manage high-value property portfolios, and oversee land development projects from conception to completion
Duties and Responsibilities

Regulatory Leadership: Act as the principal representative of the firm, ensuring all operations align perfectly with the Estate Agents Act [Chapter 27:17] and EACZ regulations.
Portfolio & Land Development: Oversee residential and commercial property sales, leasing, and management. Provide strategic input on land development, sub-divisions, and estate servicing projects in Harare and surrounding areas.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of registered estate agents and sales negotiators to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, institutional investors, and legal/municipal authorities.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor market trends, property valuations, and economic shifts to identify lucrative investment and development opportunities.
Financial Oversight: Ensure the rigorous management of trust accounts, commission structures, and the financial profitability of the real estate division.
Qualifications and Experience

Professional Registration: Must be a Registered Real Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ) and hold a current, valid practicing certificate.
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of active experience in the Zimbabwean real estate market, with at least 2 years in a senior or principal capacity.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in closing high-value property deals and a strong understanding of land development processes, municipal approvals, and deeds registration.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills. Proficiency in modern real estate management software and digital marketing tools is an asset.
