We seek to recruit experienced and qualified personnel for the following openings based at Jena Mines in Silobela:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Metallurgist to join our Plant team, reporting to the Plant Manager
Duties and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities
Monitors, optimises and improves process parameters for the processing plant.
Ensures standard operating procedures and practices
and management standing instructions are adhered to so as to achieve consistency in product quality and eliminate waste.
Monitors plant operational and capital efficiencies and effectiveness and offers solutions for technical problems to achieve business plan objectives.
Prepares metallurgical balances and analyses trends.Ensures that all hazards, aspects, and business risks and mitigated and the operability of the plant is confirmed each time there is a change to the process or technology to achieve zero harm.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
At least three years of relevant work experience.
Must be a member of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) OR Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE)
