Make outbound calls to clients and meet the purpose of the call and Enter details of interaction in the system
• To make outgoing calls to clients.
• To sell new products and services.
• To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
• To generate more leads from the people out called.
• To enter the details of every interaction in the system for future references.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and clearing misunderstanding with clients, as needed.
• To make outgoing calls to the company's existing customers.
• To follow-up with the customers for payment collection
A diploma in Communication or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience in the similar position
