Applications are invited for the position of Marketing & Communications Officer. The purpose of the job is to implement all marketing and communications activities within and outside the Association. The position reports to the Head of Marketing and Business Development.
• Builds and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Develops and implement marketing and communication plans
• Overseeing all campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness
• Brand management
• Edits, proofread, fact-checks and coordinates production of a variety of corporate and marketing communication materials.
• Managing content for all social media platforms and website
• Conduct market research, gather and analyse customer feedback
• Organise and coordinate all corporate functions and events
• Maintain a stakeholder database
• Report writing
• Complaints handling
• Degree in Marketing/Communication/PR
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills
