A local Welfare Organization based in Waterfalls is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of M & E Officer on Fixed-Term Contract basis. The person should be able to commence work on 01 January 2023 and must meet the following specifications:
Minimum three (3) years post qualification experience in M&E related work in the health sector (HIV&AIDS and SRHR, economic empowerment, education and child protection)
Experience in working with multiple projects
Competence in qualitative and quantitative study design.
Experience in developing and coordinating data collection, processing and analysis.
Excellent command of computers and statistical software especially MS Access, Excel, SPSS, DHIS and EHR systems
Excellent report writing skills
Competence in proposal writing and development of Log Frames
Class four (4) Driving License
No criminal record
Designing and reviewing of monitoring and evaluation tools and processes for projects
Working in project design, planning and implementation processes
Monitoring project performance and activities and providing information to management for decision making
Designing survey and analysis tools for routine data
Facilitating data utilization by relevant stakeholders, including relevant data packaging and presentation
Generating M & E reports in compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Managing client/beneficiary database
Ensuring data quality through conducting data verifications and recommendations
Conducting compliance monitoring
Leading the End-Line project evaluations
Bachelor’s Degree in M & E, Health Social Sciences, Statistics and/or Development Studies
Qualification in M&E and Project Management from a recognised institution is highly desirable
