Duties and Responsibilities

● Market and promote the company's loan products to prospective clients.
● Identify and bring on board new clients.
● Engage loan applicants to understand and assess their financing needs.
● Gather and confirm all required loan application documentation.
● Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment obligations to clients.
● Submit completed loan applications in a timely manner.
● Handle client questions promptly and professionally.
● Adhere to company policy and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements
● At least 1 year of experience marketing and / sales.
● Good understanding of Salary-Based (SSB) Loans and SME Loans.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● A strong sales orientation and commitment to client service.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently towards targets.
