Duties and Responsibilities
Expectations of the role
• Effective evaluation of loan applications
•Collect, verify, and analyse financial information from applicants to assess creditworthiness
• Seek out new clients
• Marketing to deliver exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Effective in debt collection

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills & Competences
• Degree or Higher National diploma in Commercials
• Experience minimum of 1 year
• A good judge of character, making accurate assessments about people especially their credibility and reliability in determining a loan
• Interpersonal skills: cultivating and strengthening existing customer relationships as well as building new relationships with potential customers.
• Verbal and written communication: explaining loans to customers so they have a complete understanding of the terms
• Decision making skills: evaluating a customer's loan application if its eligible for a loan or not
• Experience in SME lending and driver's license is an added advantage
