Monitoring and Evaluation
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise students’ research projects.
• Supervise post graduate students on attachment.
• Teach modules in the following areas: Programme Planning and Management, Public Policy and Public Evaluation, Evaluation planning and Management at Masters level.
• Attract consultancy opportunities.
• Participating in outreach activities within the social services sector.
• Participation in income generation projects.
• Ability to innovate and facilitate service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
• Applicants must hold a PhD in Social Sciences Policy, International Relations, Gender, Economics (or cognate discipline) or DPhil/MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation.
• A post graduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation or Program Planning and Management a must for non-Monitoring and Evaluation PhD.
• Relevant field experience in the field of Monitoring and evaluation, Program Planning and Public Policy.
