INVITATION TO TENDER
World Vision Zimbabwe invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of a high-capacity brick making machine to Tongogara Refugee Settlement (TRS) in
Chipinge District. The price should be duty free but include freight, insurance to TRS.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Description
Item: Brick Making Machine
Capacity: Minimum 24,000 bricks per 8-hour shift
Operation: Semi-automatic hydraulic machine with belt conveyor and trolley
Power Source: 3-phase electric motor (≥15 kW)
Features: Interchangeable moulds (standard bricks, hollow blocks, pavers), mixer, pallet
feeder, hydraulic controls
Warranty: Minimum 12–18 months (OEM)
Training: Supplier to provide operator and maintenance training for 70 users
Certifications: ISO certified machine
Scope & Delivery Requirements
Supply and deliver the brick making machine to Tongogara Refugee Settlement, Chipinge
which is 165 km from Mutare.
Assemble and commission the machine
Provide user training and manuals
Offer one-year backup service and guarantee.
Qualifications and Experience
Eligibility Criteria: Registered company, proven experience in supplying industrial brick making
machines and ability to provide after-sales service and training
Compliance with technical specifications
Total landed cost (price + delivery +insurance + clearance (excluding customs duties)
