Duties and Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Supervision of I.C.T personnel to ensure that set performance targets are achieved.
Maintenance of the I.C.T Standards for computer systems access control and security in line with company policies and procedures.
Regular implementation of housekeeping procedures, including scheduled and manual data backups.
Research and advisory services on emerging technologies.
Provision of Client-support Services.
Electronic records management.
Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or Equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution plus at least 5 years post graduate experience, 2 years of which should have been in a supervisory role.
Administration of server-side technology and networked (wired, wireless, switching, security and routing) computing systems.
Managing and administration of Microsoft 365 products, Windows Servers, Exchange Online in a virtualized environment.
Hands on experience on ERP Technical Modules equivalent to SAP Workflow, Security, ABAO, BI, Basis.
Experience with IP based CCTV Surveillance and Monitoring.
Familiarity with Data Protection and Cybersecurity Act.
Strong client-focus and genuine desire to work with people.
Working knowledge of safety management systems, preferably with exposure to the NOSA SHE System.
Holder of a clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
