Job Description

A well-established and growing organization in the manufacturing industry is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and results-oriented individuals to fill the position of Human Resources Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
 Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
 Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
 Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning and organisational development.
 Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with labour laws and internal policies.
 Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports for management.
 Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications and Experience

 A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience in Human Resources management.
 Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
 Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
