We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Manager to join our Life Assurance Agribusiness Channel team in Mashonaland Central. Duties and Responsibilities
The Job:
• Team Administration.
• Recruiting, training and motivating Life Agents.
• Monitoring the team performances and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analysing team sales figures.
• Advise on market information such as changing customer needs, queries.
• Quality control of New Business.
Qualifications and Experience
The Person:
• Must be a holder of a Business Related Degree or equivalent.
• Must have proven work experience (at least two years) in a related field-Banking/Insurance marketing.
• Must have a good record of achieving sales targets.
• Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence as well as ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision.
• Must be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds and have a service-oriented disposition.
• Should be an effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile, resourceful with self-initiative.
• Must be a holder of a clean Driver's licence.
