Job Description
A well-established farm in Shangani is seeking a mature, hardworking, and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations and ensure efficient livestock and farm management.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing daily farm operations and supervising farm workers
• Overseeing beef cattle production, feeding, health, and record keeping
• Monitoring farm productivity and maintaining high operational standards
• Ensuring proper maintenance of farm equipment, infrastructure, and grazing areas
• Implementing good agricultural and livestock management practices
• Preparing operational reports and maintaining farm records
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum qualifications: Diploma / certificate in agriculture; O Level passes must include maths
• Age: over 25
• At least 2 years working experience. (industrial attachment during training not counted as experience)
• Must have experience in managing beef cattle.
• Traceable references required.
