EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Equals Solutions is a FinTech company that provides digital consumer credit management solutions to institutions. The company offers a comprehensive set of automated, insight-driven services to help financial institutions achieve the digital transformation of the consumer credit management journey. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the Executive Assistant post.

THE JOB

The successful candidate will among other things be responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support to leadership, supporting the rollout and monitoring of performance management processes, and helping drive staff engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Executive Coordination & Administrative Support — Managing executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics; preparing agendas and accurately recording minutes; tracking action items through to completion; and maintaining strategic dashboards that give leadership visibility on key objectives and deadlines.
* Performance Management Support — Maintaining accurate performance management records and ensuring review timelines are adhered to; providing administrative support throughout evaluation cycles; and helping promote a culture of accountability and continuous feedback across the organisation.
* Staff Engagement & Activities — Supporting the coordination of staff functions, team-building activities, and company events; supporting the onboarding of new employees; assisting HR with administrative tasks; and helping organise corporate social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

THE PERSON

The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:

* A degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years’ relevant administrative experience and a valid Class 4 driving license.
* Prior exposure to the FinTech or IT sector is a distinct advantage, with an appreciation for the pace and demands of a technology-driven business environment.
* Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with discretion.
* Self-motivated, trustworthy, and personable, with strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships and collaboration.
