Job Description
Redeemed Group of Schools invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and mission driven individuals to fill the position of Exams Officer within a dynamic group of schools.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Registration of candidates for National Exams and ensuring timely submission of candidate entries and data
• Helping with amendments of statement of entries
• Supervision and staff training
• Coordinating and monitoring the conduct of examinations to ensure adherence to ZIMSEC regulations
• Managing the collection of question papers, their secure storage, issuance, collection of scripts and their submission
to ZIMSEC.
• Prevent exam malpractices
• Planning and facilitation of exam seminars.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least a BEd, MEd an added advantage
• Incumbent should be graded as Head or Deputy Head by PSC and preferably be a ZIMSEC/Cambridge Marker
• Strong knowledge of the running of National Examinations
• Has excellent Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills
• High level of Integrity, Confidentiality and Professionalism.
• Proficiency in Computer skills
