Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher

Job Description

SM Junior School is looking for an ECD teacher to join its pool of qualified staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Demonstrates effective communication with all staff, learners and parents
• Must be able to work with children from one and half years
• Ensures social and emotional growth of the learners is attained
•Must be able to impart knowledge to learners through fun and play
• Ability to work with minimal to no supervision

Qualifications and Experience

A Diploma or Degree in Education with specialization in Early Childhood Development (ECD)
2 years experience in teaching ZIMSEC and Cambridge in private schools
Experience in training extra-curricular activities is a must
Well-equipped to train ICT and VPA practicals and theory
Being articulate in English language
Location: In and around Tynwald is an added advantage
Driver's license is an added advantage
