Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Class 1 driver to join our team. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting school children & running errands locally and out of town adhering to traffic laws.Prepared to start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive school vehicles (yutong buses, & omnibuses safely and efficiently
- Plan routes and schedules
Keep record of learners on your route
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle records
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations
- Report all vehicle incidents or issues that need attention ie faults,service and requirements to responsible authorities
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving passenger buses
- Clean driving record
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit enough to endure long distances
- Valid Zimbabwean driver's license (Class 1)
- Defensive driving certification
- Knowledge of Zimbabwean roads and regulations
