Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies that have arisen in the Agency

Reporting to the Director - Human Resources the Deputy Director will be responsible for drafting and recommending human resource policies and procedures; managing the recruitment and selection processes as well as staff training and development including succession planning.

3. Management of job evaluation and performance management systems;
4. Payroll administration in compliance with relevant statutory requirements;
5. Staff training and development including succession planning;

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a reputable University.
• At least three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of which two (2) should have been at managerial level.

Person Specification

• Knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and other relevant legislation;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office.
