The Union Zimbabwe Trust is seeking a highly skilled Data Clerk to join our team following a recent award from the UNOPS, FC-SDS Project.
The duration of the contract is 3 months, with extension subject to availability of funds.
Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage data collected during community and facility-based TB screening activities.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular data quality checks and cleaning procedures.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing screening activities, key findings, and progress towards project objectives.
Database Management: Maintain and update project databases, ensuring data security and accessibility.
Data Management Skills: Proven experience in data entry, management, and analysis. Proficient in data management software (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
Work Experience: Experience working within the Ministry of Health or a similar public health organization.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
Other personal strengths: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Advantage: Advantage if candidate is able to drive manual vehicle
