Duties and Responsibilities
•Effectively present and discuss the Organisation’s products and services by soliciting only those provided by the company and its vendors to current and prospective customers.
•Accountable for meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
•Perform subscriber activations, reconnections, disconnections, deactivations, rate plan activations and deactivations of Value Added Services (VAS) including SIM replacements.
•Communicate effectively with all departments on sales and customer care issues.
•Acknowledge and appropriately greet and attend to every customer by processing their requests in a courteous, efficient and satisfactory manner.
•Compile, capture and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents and hence organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
•Comply with set systems and procedures outlined in the company manual and participate as a key team player by supporting needed operations.
•Create new subscriber accounts manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
•Configuring customer devices, query resolution, providing key information to customers (such as tariffs and charges, promotions VAS etc.)
•Collect market intelligence and provide support to marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
•Degree in Marketing, Sales/Commercial or equivalent
•One to three years relevant working experience is an added advantage
•Good communications skills and ability to work under pressure
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Must be computer literate and tech savvy
