Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be expected to:
Deliver lectures at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
Supervise research projects, dissertations, theses and innovations development.
Contribute to curriculum design and review.
Support research initiatives, grant proposal writing, and publications.
Mentor staff and students.
Participate in faculty activities such as seminars and workshops.
Foster industry partnerships and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications Required
Applicants should possess:
A PhD or equivalent professional standing in their field.
5–10 years of teaching, research, innovation or industry experience.
Evidence of scholarly contributions, innovation, or impactful professional work.
Demonstrated postgraduate supervision experience.
Evidence of academic leadership or professional recognition.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and teaching skills.
Experience with blended or online learning environments.
Active engagement in research and innovation.
Established professional or industry networks.
Commitment to mentoring and academic excellence
